Eyebrow Shaping and Grooming Guide

As much as I’d like to have micro-bladed brows, that’s really just not a reality for me.
Plus, even if I did have micro-blading done I’d still have to do touch ups from time to time.
And I know I’m not alone in this.
It’s important to fill in your brows.
They frame your face and accent your eyes.
In a stunning way.
If you’re not used to filling in your brows, you’ve got to try it.
At first you’ll think…..WOAH-yikes.
You’re just not used to it.
Your thin or untamed brows are what you see every time you look in the mirror. I get it. I felt the same way. It took me awhile to come around, but I did (thankfully).
Just know…it looks BETTER than you think.
It does take a second to get used to, but it’s super worth it.
That being said, I’ve heard so many times-
“I don’t know what to do!?”
So here’s a little guide.
First, clean up your brows. Trim, pluck (not too much), and shape.
I love the tinkle blade for easy shaping. I catch any stray hairs with tweezers.
If my hairs are too long, I just brush them up and trim them with some small scissors.
Second, find a shade of eyeshadow that matches your brows.
Don’t be afraid to go dark. You’re brow shade is most likely darker than you think it is.
Here are some great brow colors from Maskcara.
Third, find a brow tool.
Maskcara has a pretty little brow wand perfect for getting those brows looking great.
Next, follow this basic guide.
It is pretty easy!
And remember,
your brows are sisters NOT twins.
So don’t stress about making them look exactly alike!
